Use Diluted - it can be combed through children's hair to ward off nasty bugs, as an insect repellent on holiday or added to a foot soak or warm bath to aid relaxation. Can also be diluted as a mouth wash for fresh breath

Use undiluted as an antiseptic for application on minor cuts, burns, bites, stings, athletes foot, cold sores & bleeding gums.
Due to its efficacy, only a few drops are needed per application to achieve positive results.

Apply directly to it can kill foot odour, combat verrucas, calm Athlete's Foot and 5-10 drops in steaming water for inhalation to fight off colds, sore throats and stuffy noses.
