Instructions for use:
> Place ear plug between thumb and forefinger and roll and shape into a crease free cylinder.
> Pull ear downward and outward. While the ear plug is compressed push it into the ear canal.
> Hold the ear until the plug is fully expanded.
> To remove, slowly ease from the ear.

Do not push ear plugs too deeply into the ear.
Keep out of reach of children.
Consult doctor before use if you have a perforated or infected ear drum.
