WARNINGS

Instilagel is a sterile lubricant, local anaesthetic and disintectant for mucosa in disposable syringes for instillation available in 6ml or 11ml sizes.

What the gel does:
Instillagel is used when putting a tube or an instrument into a body cavity. It contains a local anaethetic to prevent pain and antiseptics to reduce the risk of infection getting in, while lubricating to make the process smooth.

A full patient information leaflet is enclosed.

Composition:100 g gel contains:
Lidocaine Hydrochloride 2.0g (local anaesthetic)
Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution 0.25g (Antiseptic)
Methyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.06g (E218) (Antiseptic)
Propyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.025g (E216) (Antiseptic)
In a gel made with Hydroxyethylcellulose, Propylene Glycol and Purified water.
Purified Water

For external use only.
