Directions For NasaMist® :
To moisturize and lubricate dry nasal passages, insert nozzle into each nostril and press gently until adeqate solution has been sprayed and moisture is restored.Use as often as needed.
• System designed for single user to reduce the risk of contamination.
• Do not completely block or occlude nasal passage during use to avoid any pressure in the nose or ears.
• Keep out of reach from childrens.

• Store in a cool place and avoid direct sun exposure.

Purified Water, USP Grade Sodium Chloride (9mg/mL) and USP Grade Sodium Bicarbonate (0.5mg to 1mg/ml). Purity level 99% or higher.
