Each 'Paludnne' tablet contains Proguanil Hydrochlodde B.P. 100 mg. Each 'Avloclor' tablet contains Chloroqume Phosphate Ph. Eur 250 mg (equivalent to 155 mg of chloroquine base as the active ingredient.

Before taking your medicine, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you: are allergic to chloroquine phosphate or any other ingredients. have ever had problems with your liver or kidneys. have ever been told you have porphyria (rare disease of blood pigment) or anyone in your family has it. have epilepsy, or a history of convulsions, or fits. have psoriasis (a scaly condition of the skin). are breast feeding, pregnant or suspect you are pregnant.
If you become ill when visiting a malarious or even up to a year after returning home seek medical advice. Keep all medicines away from children.
