To apply seal-tight:
To help seal-tight slide on more easily, you may roll a nylon stocking over bandage and tuck into top of bandage.

Grasp the plastic ring and with your thumbs stretching the rubber diaphragm, pull seal tight over your bandage.

Once completely over the bandage, gently push the plastic ring back toward the bandage so the inner edge of the rubber points up and away from the bandage.

To remove seal-tight:
Dry the rubber diaphragm, grasp the palstic ring and stretch the rubber diaphragm to ease over your heel.

DO NOT remove by pulling on the vinyl bag.
