An instant food thickner designed for individuals with dysphagia which can be added directly to juices, soups, all hot and cold beverages, nutritional supplements e.g. Fresubin Range, ProvideXtra, Calshake, sauces, gravies and all types of puréed foods to develop a thicker consistency. When adding Hormel Health Labs Thick & Easy to foods or liquids allow 1 minute standing time to achieve maximum consistency.

To thicken liquids sprinkle in the required amount of Thick & Easy and stir briskly until dissolved. To achieve a custard-like consistency add 1 and a half scoops per 100ml liquid. If a thicker consistency is required, stir in a further half scoop per 100ml which will produce a pudding like texture.
