How we deliver goods to our customers

We mainly deliver within the UK but we also offer international delivery to Europe, the United States and many other parts of the world. The website will calculate delivery costs for international delivery relevant to your country once you have entered your postal address and order quantities.

Orders are generally dispatched by a Courier Service or Royal Mail. In the UK, our couriers typically operate between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on weekdays only. Please specify an alternate location or address where your order may be left if you are unable to take delivery; this can be done during the order process.

If you require a special or express delivery, please call us to discuss the possibilities/additional cost. Next Day services are subject to stock. The cut off time is before 2pm to qualify and does not include weekend deliveries.

Express Delivery Service (1–2 working days)

Express and Next Day services are subject to stock and orders have to be placed before 2pm. These services are not available in Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands, AB Post Codes, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Jersey and Eire. Express and Next Day deliveries do not include weekends or bank holidays. Free delivery over £50 is available in Mainland UK only and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without notice. 

We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches, this may be due to stock levels or difficult to package items.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. Your statutory rights as a customer are unaffected.

We will not be liable for failed deliveries if an incorrect address or postcode is used during the order process.

We offer a Call & Collect "delivery" option from our Pharmacy in Huddersfield.  If this option is selected during the order process, an email confirmation and/or a telephone call will be sent to advise when the order is complete and ready for collection.
